Transman’s main business is building gantry robots and we have supplied 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and even 7-axle systems!
The most common gantry solution is the area gantry robot with three linear axles, in some versions with a rotation axle around the vertical axle.
Our advanced steering system has a very high capacity and a single control system has been used in applications with two 7-axle systems.

Accepting an order for a robot application often includes the need for a great deal of peripheral equipment, such as track systems with steering applications, measuring stations and fully or semi-automatic units within or adjacent to the robot’s operation area. Orders can therefore be impressively large, though the robots themselves often make up at least 50% of the order value.
